Delivery Timeline

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Metro cities: 3-4 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Rural/Remote Areas: 7-10 business day
• North East & Kashmir: 10-12 business days

Shipping Charges

•  Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499: ₹99 shipping fee

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship across India only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customercare@itsfifthsense.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down.

Note on Fragrance Shipping

Fragrances are delicate. We package each bottle carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and unboxing videos, and we'll send a replacement.
